PROTOCOL ABORT / RETURNS

THE INTEGRITY GUARANTEE
We demand performance. If the Genesis Protocol does not elevate your baseline within 30 days, you may initiate a return sequence.

1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Unopened: 100% Refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Opened/Used: Store Credit or Exchange within 30 days (limited to one unit per SKU).

2. THE SATS CLAWBACK (IMPORTANT)
Bitcoin rewards (SATS) are mined upon purchase confirmation. If a refund is processed:

⚠ The SATS rewarded for that purchase will be invalidated or deducted from your pending balance. You cannot "mine" SATS and then return the product. The blockchain records all.

3. INITIATION
To begin a return, transmit your Order ID to support@peakvitality.online. We will issue a return label. Funds are released to your original ledger (payment method) within 5 business days of inspection.
