SOVEREIGN AGREEMENT (TOS)

1. BIOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY
By accessing Peak Vitality, you acknowledge that you are the sole architect of your biology. The products (The Genesis Protocol) are high-potency supplements. You agree to consult with a medical professional before integrating these compounds into your stack, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The data transmitted on this site is for educational and optimization purposes. It has not been evaluated by the FDA. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. We optimize health.

3. BITCOIN REWARDS PROGRAM
Peak Vitality provides SATS (Bitcoin fractions) as a loyalty incentive. These rewards have no cash value until withdrawn. We reserve the right to ban users attempting to exploit or "game" the mining mechanism. Fraudulent activity results in immediate wallet blacklisting.

4. JURISDICTION
This agreement operates under the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, prioritizing decentralized resolution where possible.
